I’ve been a licensed therapist (LPC-S) for 13 years, and have a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling and Development. My undergraduate degree is in Journalism and Child & Family Studies. I have training in several therapeutic modalities, and much of my work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Positive Psychology Interventions.
