If you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or the challenges of work-related or relationship stress, psychotherapy provides a supportive space to navigate and overcome these difficulties.
I use proven therapeutic approaches to help you process emotions, reframe your thoughts, develop healthier coping strategies, and restore a sense of balance and well-being in your life.
As a psychotherapist, I recognize therapy isn’t the right fit for every person and their unique goals. That’s why I created ElevareCoaching.
My coaching sessions are designed to support forward momentum and offer a powerful, goal-oriented framework to help you laser focus and thrive in your career and personal life.
If you’ve been mulling over how to level up, this program is for you. ElevareCoaching provides adults with the clarity and direction they need to break through obstacles and move forward with confidence.
While both psychotherapy and coaching aim to support your growth and well-being, they serve distinct purposes. Choosing between psychotherapy and coaching depends on your current needs and goals. During your consultation, we’ll determine the best approach for your unique situation.
Psychotherapy vs. Coaching:
Psychotherapy is for individuals dealing with mental health concerns or significant emotional distress, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties. It focuses on understanding and healing past experiences, managing emotional challenges, and building long-term strategies for mental health. Psychotherapy is well-suited for those who feel “stuck” due to unresolved emotions or patterns that impact their daily lives and relationships.
Coaching is for those who are generally emotionally well but want to optimize their personal or professional performance. It focuses on achieving specific goals, enhancing skills like confidence and resilience, and creating actionable plans for success. Coaching is ideal for individuals looking to gain clarity, make decisions, or improve their holistic well-being while striving to meet tangible objectives.
